FAQ
We need a sentence to describe these common questions.
Is our data secure if we outsource operations to you?
Absolutely. We know that your operations may include financial, customer, or other propriety data. We will protect your data with the same secure measures we use to protect our own. All data, online and offline, is subject to strict security measures. Although Steady Source Global does not currently process PPI (personally identifiable information) or handle data that requires HIPPA or PCI-compliance, any data compliance polices you have in place will be honored and followed by Steady Source Global. Protecting your data is of paramount importance to us. If you have questions about how we secure data or how we can work with your compliance policies and requirements, contact us.
How effective and timely is communication with an office located in the Philippines?
We understand many people have had negative experiences as consumers routed to offshore customer support. These experiences may generate some skepticism about communicating with offshore teams. That’s why we selected a location and created an office culture where English language skills are central. English is one of the official languages in the Philippines, and Filipino students are taught English in school, beginning in kindergarten.
Building on the English-language skills inherent in the location, we developed an office culture that enhances each employee’s English language skills. Before hire, employees must pass written and oral fluency exams. At work, the operating language in our office is English. We provide quarterly dialect and American culture training for all employees. These standards and practices make communication with our staff effective.
Steady Source Global teams have the same hours and tools of communication—email, Skype, Slack, Microsoft® Teams, WebEx—that any remote employee of your company would have. Your Steady Source Global team works your business hours, so operations happen when they need to for your business and you can contact them as you would any employee. Hours and communication tools are defined by your contract.
